General Use:

• Use on low heat. 

• During cooking, prefer wooden, plastic, or silicone utensils. 

• Not suitable for food storage; intended for cooking and serving only. 

• Salt, high heat, and acidic foods may cause discoloration or staining on the copper surface; this is a natural and harmless process. 

First Use:

• Pour one cup of milk into the pan and heat over medium heat. 

• Remove from heat as soon as the milk begins to boil and let it cool. 

• Use the cooled milk like a cleaning solution to gently clean the interior, then rinse with warm water. 

• Repeat the process using warm water and a mild detergent. 

• Dry immediately with a soft, clean cotton cloth. 

Care Instructions:

• Do not wash in a dishwasher; hand wash only. 

• Clean the interior with a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly with warm water. 

• After washing, dry both the interior and exterior immediately with a soft cotton cloth. 

• Do not use abrasive materials, steel wool, or harsh/toxic cleaning agents. 

• To maintain shine, occasionally polish with a copper cleaner and wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
