ARTICLE 2 — SUBJECT

This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the product(s) purchased by the BUYER via the Voeux Kitchen website, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT SUBJECT TO CONTRACT

The type, quantity, brand/model, sales price and payment information of the products are included in the order summary page and confirmation e-mail. The total amount including tax is shown at the time of order.

ARTICLE 4 — DELIVERY

Products are delivered to the address specified by the BUYER within 30 (thirty) business days at the latest following payment confirmation, depending on stock status. The BUYER is informed in cases where the delivery time may be extended.

ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT

Payment; It is made by credit card, debit card or money transfer/EFT method. Payment information is protected by SSL encryption; Card information is not stored in our systems.

ARTICLE 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date. You can send your notice of withdrawal by e-mail to [email protected] or by phone at (0212) 274 24 88. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product will be returned and the payment will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days.

ARTICLE 7 - EXCEPTIONS OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Specially produced or personalized products
Products that have been opened, used or have lost their hygienic conditions
Products that may deteriorate rapidly or have expired

ARTICLE 8 — CONFIDENTIALITY

PURCHASER's personal data is processed within the framework of our Privacy Policy and KVKK and is not shared with third parties except legal obligations.

ARTICLE 9 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of dispute, a complaint can first be made via [email protected]. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized for unresolved disputes.

ARTICLE 10 - ENFORCEMENT

This contract enters into force upon approval by the BUYER electronically.
