1. Warranty Period

Voeux Kitchen products are covered by a warranty of 2 (two) years from the date of delivery. The warranty certificate is delivered with the product.

2. Warranty Scope

Warranty; It covers production defects caused by materials and workmanship. In case of malfunctions within the scope of warranty, the product; It will be repaired first, if not possible, it will be replaced with a new one, and if this is not possible, the price will be refunded.

3. Non-Warranty Situations

Damages caused by misuse, accident or external impact
Interventions made by unauthorized service or third parties
Natural wear and tear
Use of the product contrary to the user manual
Damages caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood

5. Legal Rights

Your legal rights under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved. The warranty certificate does not restrict these rights.
