1. Delivery Time

After payment confirmation, your orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days, depending on stock availability. Delivery time may take an additional 1-3 business days depending on the region. During special orders and campaign periods, these periods may be extended; information is provided.

2. Shipping Fee

Shipping cost and free shipping threshold are shown at the time of ordering. Different practices may apply during campaign periods.

3. Delivery Zones

Delivery is made throughout Türkiye. Delivery time may be longer in hard-to-reach areas. For international delivery, please contact [email protected].

4. Cargo Tracking

When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via e-mail. You can instantly follow the order status from your account.

5. Damaged or Incomplete Delivery

If you notice that the product is damaged or missing during delivery, we recommend that you file a report with the cargo officer and return the product before receiving it. Then contact [email protected].

6. Delivery Failure

If the cargo company cannot find you at your address, it can be dropped off at the nearest branch. Packages not received within a certain period of time will be returned; In this case, a new shipping fee may be charged.
