Cancellation and Refund Conditions

1. Right of Withdrawal

Within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, you can return the product you purchased within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without giving any reason.

2. Cancellation and Refund Request

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can send your cancellation request by e-mail to [email protected] or by calling (0212) 274 24 88. For orders that have been shipped, you can start the return process after you receive the product.

3. Return Conditions

• The product must be returned complete with its original packaging.
• The product must be unused, undamaged and in good hygienic condition.
• The accessories, labels and documents that come with the product must be returned completely.

4. Non-Returnable Products

• Specially produced or personalized products
• Opened and used products
• Products that are not suitable for return in terms of hygienic conditions

5. Return Process

Report your return request to [email protected]. The return form and shipping information will be sent to you. Send the product to the specified address. After the product reaches us, it is inspected.

6. Refund

After the control of the returned product is completed, the refund will be made within 14 (fourteen) days with the same payment method. Due to bank processing times, it may take a few business days for it to be reflected in your account.

7. Change
